Alisa Blum, Principal Consultant,
provides programs that increase motivation, enhance relationships and improve well-being.    She has extensive experience providing training that assists organizations to understand and communicate with our changing multi-generational workforce.   Alisa  co-directs AIM for Organizational,  providing programs in Mindful Leadership, Mindful Conflict Resolution, Resiliency and Stress Management.

Alisa has worked with employees from numerous industries ranging from Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing and 3M to law firms, governmental agencies, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, technology companies and community colleges.

Alisa has been a featured speaker at conferences and events for the following organizations: The NW Women’s Energy Institute, the Oregon Employer’s Council, the Association for Talent Development, the Oregon Attorney Assistance Program,  the Professional Liability Fund, the Western Regional International Public Management Association, the Portland Human Resources Management Association,  SW Washington Human Resources Management Association, the Nonprofit Association of Oregon, the Disability Manager Employer Coalition and the International Organizational Development Association.  She has presented at the 2016 & 2017 NW Diversity Conference as well as corporate conferences and retreats.

Alisa has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Towson State University. Judith Sugg, MBA; Ph.D.  has joined Alisa Blum & Associates to co-direct our affiliate, AIM for Organizational Health.   Judy’s focus at AIM is incorporating mindful awareness in interactions and difficult conversations, identifying non-verbal helps and blocks, perspective taking, developing clear outcomes and vision, and utilizing effective self-talk. Judy also coaches for presentation excellence, meeting effectiveness, executive skills. She is certified in the use of emotional intelligence (EQ) assessments.  Judy is an author, teacher, and consultant who helps people and organizations clarify their vision, improve their interactions, understand conflict, and thrive in their surroundings. She has managed businesses (head of subsidiary of USB), developed teams, managed strategic planning functions, and developed new corporate businesses.  With a doctorate in psychology, she has taught in psychology and communication for 20 years, served on boards, and coached clients for performance. Yoga was a lifesaver for Judy, and she has taught classes for over 20 years, including trainings for yoga teachers.

 

Lillian A. Tsai works with Alisa Blum & Associates to provide diversity and inclusion consultation and training.  Born and raised in Malaysian Borneo, award winner Lillian A. Tsai specializes in the facilitation, training, coaching, design and implementation of cross-cultural competency, intercultural communications, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategies and programs. Prior to founding TsaiComms in 2002, she spent 25 years in global high tech marketing and communications, which included an expatriate assignment in Stuttgart, Germany.
